Responsibilities
- Design, build, and improve GenAI-powered and agentic systems for ASIC semiconductor engineering workflows.
- Build, evaluate, and optimize LLM workflows involving prompting, skills, RAG, Graph-RAG, benchmarking, and quality evaluation.
- Develop and implement machine-learning and deep-learning models for classification, regression, anomaly detection, failure analysis, and engineering decision support.
- Partner with domain experts and cross-functional teams to translate engineering problems into scalable AI/ML and analytics solutions.
- Support deployment, monitoring, and operationalization of AI/ML solutions in cloud and enterprise environments.
- Communicate technical findings, recommendations, and model outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify and drive opportunities where GenAI, machine learning, and analytics improve engineering productivity and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience or a master's degree with 8+ years in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying AI applications in semiconductors, electronics, or other engineering industries.
- Strong programming proficiency in Python.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools or agentic coding harnesses such as Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI, or similar tools.
- Practical experience developing and implementing LLM-based AI/ML systems, including RAG and agentic workflows.
- Preferred experience building agentic systems or AI solutions for ASIC semiconductor pre-silicon and post-silicon workflows.
- Preferred cloud experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure, including production ML pipeline deployment.
- Preferred experience with LLM training, inference, evaluation, prompt design, benchmarking, validation, or retrieval-augmented systems.
- Preferred experience using data analytics and visualization tools such as pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, and plotly.
- Preferred experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS web application technologies.
- Preferred experience designing scalable, enterprise-grade AI/ML systems with reliability, traceability, and operational readiness.
- Preferred familiarity with document-processing pipelines, technical knowledge platforms, retrieval systems, and multifunctional engineering, data science, systems architecture, and IT environments.
