Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain reliable DevOps and cloud environments.
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Automate infrastructure and operational processes and maintain infrastructure as code.
- Support development teams with reliable deployment and development environments.
- Monitor performance, availability, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Contribute to cloud migration and platform-modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, infrastructure, security, and architecture teams.
- Continuously improve DevOps practices, automation, and engineering standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or platform engineering.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Terraform, Bicep, Ansible, or similar infrastructure-as-code technologies.
- Good knowledge of Linux and networking.
- Experience with Git and modern software-development practices.
- Scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Professional proficiency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.
- Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or another regulated environment is highly desirable.
- Cloud and DevOps certifications, including Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, or Terraform certifications, are preferred.
