Responsibilities
- Lead and support complex presales opportunities as the Lead Solution Engineer.
- Understand customer priorities, business requirements, and desired outcomes and translate them into solution strategies.
- Present and demonstrate the value of Oracle SaaS ERP/EPM, SCM, HCM, and CX solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct customer workshops, engagements, and Health & Life Sciences events as a trusted advisor.
- Partner with Sales teams throughout the sales cycle to articulate business value and address objections.
- Design and lead multi-pillar solutions spanning ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, and CX.
- Drive the strategic growth of Fusion Healthcare and Life Sciences Applications through contribution to the Solution Engineering community.
- Maintain current knowledge of Oracle SaaS applications, product capabilities, competitive offerings, and modern demonstration techniques.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or a comparable role.
- Experience supporting enterprise back-office transformation programs, ideally for healthcare or life sciences customers.
- Advanced hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERPM Finance, HCM, or SCM, or comparable solutions from another enterprise technology provider.
- Experience leading multi-pillar solutions such as ERP/EPM/SCM, ERP/EPM/HCM, or ERP/EPM/SCM/CX.
- Hands-on experience with AI capabilities in Oracle Fusion Applications or comparable embedded AI capabilities in enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Experience designing enterprise architectures using Oracle Fusion Applications or comparable enterprise cloud application platforms.
- Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Finance Applications or comparable enterprise applications with healthcare EHR or life sciences solutions.
- Fluency in English and one or more European languages; German is advantageous.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and associated processes and disciplines.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, collaboration, networking, relationship-building, and customer solution skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, overcome obstacles, and translate complex customer needs into clear business solutions.
- Experience with design thinking, customer journey mapping, or the health insurance industry is advantageous.
- A master’s degree or equivalent experience is desirable.
