Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for data collection and analysis platforms.
- Build and optimize automated data-collection frameworks across web and mobile surfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Data Scientists, to understand requirements and implement efficient solutions.
- Write maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical documentation.
- Debug production issues and implement performance improvements.
- Use ML technologies and LLM-driven extraction services to enhance data-processing capabilities.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and technical strategy.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in the team's software development process.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience with software design or architecture, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Programming experience in at least one software programming language.
- Experience with the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Preferred: Experience building complex software systems successfully delivered to customers.
- Preferred: Knowledge of machine learning and LLM fundamentals, including transformer architecture, training and inference lifecycles, and optimization techniques.
