Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain technical solutions within the HRnet application.
- Create and optimize SQL procedures, scripts, and database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Support system integration and data migration projects for new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with developers, consultants, business analysts, and clients to deliver technical solutions.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during implementation and support phases.
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
- Strong SQL and database development skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional working proficiency in Croatian and English.
- Experience with data migration, system integration, software implementation, consulting, enterprise business applications, or HR, payroll, and workforce management processes is advantageous.
