Base Salary
$147k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write product or system development code.
- Review other engineers’ code for style, accuracy, testability, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
- Contribute to and update documentation or educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing their sources and impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
- Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to select among available technologies.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions while managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience programming in Java, Kotlin, or C++.
- At least 2 years of experience with Android application development.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in computer science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience with performance, large-scale systems data analysis, visualization tools, or debugging.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms in an academic or industry setting.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
- Preferred: proficiency in code and system health, diagnosis and resolution, and software test engineering.
