Base Salary
$120k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to technical contact for the partnerships team by joining partner meetings, answering technical questions, and leading completed-integration demos.
- Review partner technical documentation and compare partner data handling, including MISMO fields, with Vesta’s approach.
- Summarize integration requirements and gaps for product managers and support decisions about integration functionality and customer experience.
- Triage partner questions, advocate for effective integration designs, and provide product managers with technical context.
- Guide partner integrations from testing through launch, including certification, troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancement coordination.
- Support the implementations team by troubleshooting customer issues with new integrations and working with partners to improve the integration experience.
Requirements
- Experience working on the integration or technical side at a mortgage technology company.
- Ability to assess partner technologies, determine integration requirements, and identify risks and gaps.
- Ability to troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate technical work across partners, product, partnerships, and implementations.
- Strong partner relationship-building and communication skills.
- Interest in using technology, including AI, to improve integration work.
