Responsibilities
- Architect large language models that process and generate natural language.
- Design neural network parameters and support training on large quantities of unlabeled text data.
- Train and fine-tune large-scale language models.
- Preprocess text data and apply language-model evaluation metrics.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with and manage teams while mentoring junior professionals.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in large language models.
- Proficiency in large language models.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications in natural language processing.
- Experience training and fine-tuning large-scale language models.
- Familiarity with text-data preprocessing techniques.
- Knowledge of language-model evaluation metrics.
- 15 years of full-time education.
