Responsibilities
- Design and build production-grade AI and generative AI solutions using large language models.
- Develop AI agents, copilots, and workflow automation systems.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation architectures using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and foundation models for accuracy, performance, safety, and cost.
- Build scalable APIs, services, and platforms for serving AI models in production.
- Establish monitoring, observability, and governance mechanisms for responsible AI deployment.
- Drive experimentation, innovation, and organizational adoption of emerging AI technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
- Typically 6–9 years of experience.
- Programming experience with Python, SQL, Java, or Go.
- Experience with PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and LangChain.
- Knowledge of GPT, Claude, Llama, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, agentic AI, and vector databases.
- Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow, and CI/CD.
- Preferred qualifications include storage-domain knowledge, MLOps or LLMOps platform experience, GPU orchestration, model optimization, inference scaling, and experience building platforms supporting multiple AI products and teams.
