Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to lead the full pre-sales lifecycle for small to mid-sized opportunities.
- Deliver tailored software demonstrations and explain business value to customer stakeholders.
- Conduct discovery sessions, map requirements to Diligent solutions, and define POC or sandbox success criteria.
- Design and present solution architectures, end-to-end solution flows, data movements, and high-level integrations.
- Own the technical win for smaller opportunities and contribute to technical strategy on larger deals.
- Configure and maintain demo and sandbox environments reflecting current product capabilities and customer use cases.
- Engage stakeholders across Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, IT, Controls, and Governance.
- Capture customer and domain feedback for Product teams and co-lead selected marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Controls, IT Risk, Compliance, GRC, or a related field.
- Experience with SaaS solutions, including independently delivering demos or evaluations for at least one solution area or quickly ramping on new SaaS platforms.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences.
- Comfort partnering with Sales and contributing to commercial outcomes.
- Working knowledge of risk and audit concepts and familiarity with COSO ERM, COSO Internal Control, SOX, IIA Standards, ISO 27001, NIST, CMMC, and related frameworks.
