Base Salary
$130k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design high-performance systems powering a nationwide marketplace.
- Build features using Python and Django.
- Own stack reliability through sophisticated automated testing.
- Lead high-level code reviews and resolve complex technical bottlenecks.
- Partner across teams to deliver product initiatives.
- Mentor developing engineers and promote engineering best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience delivering high-impact software at scale.
- Deep proficiency in at least one of Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript, with the ability to work across the stack.
- Demonstrated success designing and implementing end-to-end solutions for complex business problems.
- Experience taking full accountability for project outcomes and communicating technical concepts clearly to engineers and stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring junior talent and championing engineering best practices.
- Experience developing with AI systems.
- A BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
