Base Salary
$160k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build responsive, local-first interactive AI systems with intuitive user experiences.
- Architect observability and telemetry frameworks for monitoring, debugging, and optimizing autonomous AI agents.
- Write production-ready code, review critical designs, and uphold rigorous software architecture and engineering standards.
- Translate AI models, including LLMs and causal reasoning systems, into interactive applications that address corporate challenges.
- Define enterprise AI architecture integrating generative AI with data warehouses, legacy systems, on-premise infrastructure, and external AI services.
- Architect data pipelines and unified semantic layers for structured and unstructured enterprise data.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and harden research prototypes for enterprise deployment.
- Lead complex, multi-team technical projects and communicate architectural trade-offs to senior leadership.
Requirements
- M.S. or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- At least 15 years of experience in modern software development.
- Ability to write and evaluate production-grade code, design robust backend systems, and guide UI/UX logic at scale.
- Understanding of local-first AI development, agent observability, LLMs, and modern ML deployment pipelines.
- Experience scaling agentic frameworks is highly preferred.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into technical blueprints and lead projects from concept through production.
- Experience managing large-scale data in hybrid-cloud environments and integrating platforms such as Snowflake or BigQuery while maintaining enterprise security standards.
- Strategic builder mindset focused on usability, speed, and measurable business value.
