$160k - $220k/yr

Responsibilities

Invent tools and processes for fast and accurate development and deployment systems.
Provide comprehensive software validation through various testing platforms.
Monitor and analyze data to support continuous integration and release systems.
Integrate and troubleshoot across the entire Starlink stack.
Create and manage core infrastructure such as databases and software libraries.
Identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions for high developer velocity.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or a scientific discipline and 5+ years of systems engineering experience, or 7+ years of professional software development experience.
Development experience in Python, Go, or C++.
Experience in DevOps, site reliability engineering, or systems administration is preferred.
Strong understanding of testing, continuous integration, build, deployment, and monitoring.
Familiarity with technologies such as Bazel, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps, and ArgoCD.
Strong debugging, performance optimization, and unit testing skills.
Experience managing large-scale systems and developing software for real-world applications.
Exceptional analytical skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing needs.
