
Sr Software Engineer
Northwestern MutualResponsibilities
- Design and build software that delivers new features for the CRM platform.
- Build user interfaces and software components for on-premise and cloud-based enterprise CRM systems.
- Create effective, maintainable software using object-oriented design and development practices.
- Enhance and support continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Build applications quickly in an Agile environment.
- Support quality practices and unit and integration test automation.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers and communicate issues and solutions across the organization.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience delivering production-quality components for enterprise CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Detailed knowledge of the .NET framework, C#, JavaScript, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Proficiency with object-oriented design and development methodologies.
- Proficiency with database technologies including SQL and SQL Server.
- Proficiency with software development tools and continuous delivery and integration technologies.
- Preferred experience with Jenkins, TeamCity, JIRA, TFS, Git-based repositories, and UrbanCode.
- Preferred experience with other CRM solutions such as Salesforce.
- Preferred experience with PowerShell, Unix Shell, Perl, or Python.
- Preferred experience with Java.
