Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand business challenges and translate them into fit-for-purpose technical solutions.
- Rapidly prototype custom AI solutions using agentic AI frameworks.
- Own delivery from scoping through production deployment in collaboration with customer teams.
- Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Capture deployment learnings, document best practices, and share field insights with platform and product teams.
- Contribute feedback, code, and collaboration to the evolution of Kyndryl’s AI platforms.
- Continue developing technical and consulting skills while adapting to emerging technologies and customer needs.
Requirements
- Demonstrable proficiency in Python or another modern language such as C#, Node.js, or TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of the software delivery lifecycle, Git, GitHub, Pandas, and Spark.
- Experience with cloud AI platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google AI, and with distributed computing architectures.
- Degree-level qualification in Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, agentic AI systems, multi-agent orchestration frameworks, RAG architectures, knowledge systems, scalable AI optimization, and security best practices.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate with diverse and executive stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel and work at customer premises as required.
- Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex or ready to relocate immediately.
Benefits
- U.S. full-time compensation range is $73,440 to $139,680, with different ranges for specified locations.
- Eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus or, where applicable, a sales commission plan.
- Benefits include medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.
- Hybrid schedule requires three days onsite per week in Frisco, Texas.
- The role may require proof of vaccination when working at a client, customer, or partner location, subject to applicable policies and accommodations.
