Base Salary
$200k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and ship full product surfaces for the Global USD Account, expanded global accounts, stablecoin payments, and Global Card.
- Build on-chain execution, on-ramp and off-ramp orchestration, USDSL mint and redemption flows, and settlement systems.
- Develop the Global Card issuing stack, including spend authorization, settlement, and stablecoin-backed card financial primitives.
- Expand the Global USD Account into new markets and use cases.
- Work directly with customers to identify product priorities and partner with compliance and design to deliver them correctly.
Requirements
- Experience shipping and owning complete product surfaces from data model through deployment.
- Strong full-stack engineering ability, including API design, database migrations, and end-to-end frontend development.
- Strong product judgment across user experience, API ergonomics, and system correctness.
- Interest in on-chain systems, stablecoins, and the intersection of crypto and traditional finance.
- Ability to work independently on a small, fast-moving team.
- Commitment to clean, well-tested code, careful edge-case handling, and correctness under load.
- Strongly preferred: familiarity with on-chain UX and settlement mechanics, including signing, finality, gas, and confirmation tradeoffs.
- Strongly preferred: hands-on experience with stablecoin on/off-ramp orchestration APIs, custody providers, or settlement infrastructure.
- Strongly preferred: familiarity with cross-border money movement, foreign exchange, or treasury systems.
- Nice to have: experience with Account Abstraction, smart wallets, paymasters, or multisig/key quorum systems.
- Nice to have: card issuing experience, particularly stablecoin-backed cards or issuer-processor programs.
- Nice to have: experience in regulated fintech, payments, banking, or compliance-heavy infrastructure.
