Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of AI Tooling Platform infrastructure.
- Architect scalable and reliable systems for generative AI and serverless workloads.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance platform experience.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enable secure AI adoption.
- Enhance the Internal Developer Platform with self-service tools and automation.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the platform team.
- Implement security measures and Site Reliability Engineering principles.
- Participate in on-call rotation and lead incident response for core systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Proficiency in Go and/or TypeScript for infrastructure and automation.
- Strong skills in API design and integration between systems.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, preferably AWS CDK or Terraform.
- History of technical leadership and mentoring other engineers.
- Deep expertise in AWS and experience with multi-account architecture.
- Experience managing production services in Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
