Responsibilities
- Lead and support full-stack development teams.
- Design implementation strategies, including database architecture and project-launch activities.
- Define applicable project standards and patterns.

Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Java, Angular, React, and the React ecosystem.
- Ability to provide technical leadership to a full-stack developer team and support team development.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and work in a continually changing environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to client satisfaction.
