Base Salary
$154k - $249k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven agent architectures and workflow orchestration for marketing and go-to-market automation.
- Lead complex MarTech initiatives from technical design through implementation and operational readiness.
- Build full-stack solutions spanning user interfaces, APIs, backend services, data pipelines, and AI integration layers.
- Partner with product managers and stakeholders to create scalable technical designs and communicate architectural tradeoffs.
- Improve code quality, testing, observability, reliability, scalability, and developer productivity.
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and replace brittle manual workflows with durable platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack development experience.
- Production experience integrating LLMs, including prompt design, tool calling, and evaluation approaches.
- Demonstrated experience building production AI agent systems that orchestrate LLMs, tools, and workflows.
- Strong backend skills with Java, Kotlin, Python, or Node.js and frontend experience with React or similar frameworks.
- Experience operating distributed systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including event-driven, asynchronous, and data-streaming patterns.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ability to lead technical initiatives and influence peers through engineering judgment and clear communication.
- Preferred: experience applying AI to marketing, customer engagement, or go-to-market workflows; vector databases, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation, or feature stores; enterprise governance, privacy, and compliance; agile development; and reliability, scalability, or developer productivity improvements.
