Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain modern frontend and backend software solutions.
- Analyze and design requirements, implement solutions, perform testing, and deliver software to production.
- Work across the full software lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Develop modular, scalable, and maintainable software architectures.
- Integrate modules and databases and conduct developer and integration tests.
- Perform code reviews, bug fixing, quality assurance, and test automation.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, product managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in sprint planning, effort estimation, and continuous improvement of teamwork.
- Support the operation and further development of existing applications and tools.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science or business informatics, vocational training as an IT specialist, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in software development as a Full-Stack Developer.
- Very strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot or Jakarta EE, Angular, TypeScript, SQL, and database development.
- Experience with microservices architectures and complex data structures.
- Knowledge of test automation and software quality.
- Experience with agile development methods such as Scrum and SAFe.
- Knowledge of application internationalization, for example ngx-translate, is desirable.
- Knowledge of test management and test automation tools is desirable.
- Experience with container or cloud platforms such as OpenShift is desirable.
- Experience in banking or with regulatory requirements in the financial sector is desirable.
- German proficiency at C1/C2 level and English proficiency at B2 level.
- Strong analytical, structured, collaborative, communicative, autonomous, and learning-oriented working style.
