Base Salary
$150k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own projects from design through launch across established and new products.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to determine what to build and how to build it.
- Contribute to technical discussions and balance short-term delivery with long-term architecture.
- Build fast, accessible user interfaces and own frontend performance.
- Maintain strong engineering practices including code review, test coverage, and observability.
- Work with designers to turn early concepts into shipped products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production software at scale.
- Deep JavaScript experience with a modern frontend framework.
- Demonstrated experience improving frontend performance and accessibility.
- Product-minded approach with concern for user problems as well as implementation.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and rapid change.
- AI/LLM product experience and startup experience are nice to have.
