Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain scalable software components across systems and applications.
- Develop Java full-stack solutions using front-end, back-end, and database technologies.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team to perform effectively.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and broader teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Java full-stack development.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with Java back-end development and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with database design and management using SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- 15 years of full-time education.
