Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain scalable end-to-end automation and low-code solutions.
  • Build Blue Prism surface and backend automations, including code-based and API integrations.
  • Develop Power Apps and Power Automate workflows using Microsoft Dataverse for secure enterprise data storage.
  • Create Alteryx data and analytics automation workflows using Excel, SQL, files, and APIs.
  • Design and consume APIs and configure custom connectors to integrate internal and external systems.
  • Participate in AI-assisted automation initiatives involving Copilot Studio and AI agents.
  • Provide technical leadership on engineering standards, reusable patterns, automation governance, and lifecycle practices.
  • Deploy, support, and maintain production automation assets while meeting resilience, availability, compliance, audit, and operational requirements.
  • Create deployment checklists, technical documentation, solution designs, and user documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, informatics, or a similar analytical field.
  • At least 5 years of overall experience in financial services or technology.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on RPA development experience with Blue Prism and scripting or object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with Python, C#, or Java and the application development lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with Blue Prism surface automation and backend automation.
  • At least 3 years of experience with data extraction and manipulation tools; Alteryx is preferred, with Informatica, Talend, or Pentaho as alternatives.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, relational data modeling, table relationships, security roles, and performance considerations.
  • Ability to write complex SQL queries and debug stored procedures, with knowledge of relational database concepts, normalization, query optimization, and transactional consistency.
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and building or configuring custom API connectors.
  • Familiarity with Copilot Studio and AI-assisted automation; hands-on experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience with process flow diagrams, automation development lifecycle practices, and agile continuous integration environments.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Blue Prism, Alteryx, Microsoft Power Platform, PL-400, PL-200, foundational AI, or Copilot Studio certifications are preferred or beneficial.
