Base Salary
$188k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain marketing web experiences including product launches, events, interactive experiences, and campaign pages.
- Build and manage Contentful content models, validations, references, component libraries, and reusable design-system sections.
- Translate Figma designs into production-ready web experiences in collaboration with marketers, designers, and the web team.
- Test website code across devices and browsers and verify tracking implementation before release.
- Improve page performance and Core Web Vitals.
- Build, analyze, and iterate on A/B tests and personalized experiences with Growth and Paid teams.
- Maintain technical SEO and AEO, including structured data, redirects, hreflang, crawlability, and AI-readable markup.
- Own Google Tag Manager tracking, data layers, GA4 events, pixels, conversion APIs, and consent mode.
- Identify and fix funnel, attribution, performance, and process issues.
- Build AI agents into release workflows for code reviews, first-pass QA, accessibility checks, and link and metadata audits.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of web development experience, ideally with marketing websites, agencies, or growth teams.
- Hands-on experience managing websites in Contentful.
- Strong experience with React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience using AI coding tools and examples of shipped work using them.
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4, or demonstrated ability to learn comparable tools quickly.
- Portfolio or GitHub demonstrating relevant work.
- Ability to collaborate with marketers and explain technical tradeoffs.
- Preferred experience with Next.js and Vercel.
- Preferred experience with A/B testing or personalization tools, especially Contentful Personalization, formerly Ninetailed.
- Preferred experience with server-side Google Tag Manager, consent management, Google Ads enhanced conversions, LinkedIn or Meta conversion APIs, technical SEO, and structured data.
