Base Salary
$90k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Advise enterprise customers on technical architecture and implementation while they evaluate Blitzy.
- Lead technical discussions covering software architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows.
- Run proofs of concept and demonstrate measurable business impact.
- Guide customers through integrating Blitzy into their existing development environments.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Translate customer feedback into product improvements and roadmap insights.
- Build relationships with technical stakeholders and executives.
- Drive post-sale adoption and expansion across teams and products.
- Act as the technical conduit between Blitzy’s CTO, AI Engineering team, and customer teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical leadership.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software development and modern engineering practices.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to engineers and executives.
- Experience working with enterprise customers or complex technical environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Solutions Architect.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven products.
- Background in enterprise SaaS or developer tooling.
- Experience helping companies modernize engineering workflows.
