Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise product surfaces from discovery through delivery across identity, access, governance, APIs, observability, environments, and enterprise integrations.
  • Build customer-facing Vue or React experiences and scalable Node.js services and APIs across the TypeScript stack.
  • Develop authentication, provisioning, RBAC, credential infrastructure, secrets management, workflow lifecycle, auditability, and runtime-control capabilities.
  • Build enterprise integrations, nodes, SDK capabilities, APIs, embedded features, and multi-instance management functionality.
  • Instrument features, measure impact, debug real-world behavior, and improve reliability for business-critical workflows.
  • Partner with Product and enterprise customers to translate complex needs into scopes, trade-offs, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Shipped customer-facing full-stack features using TypeScript across frontend and backend systems.
  • Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and either Vue or React.
  • Product-minded approach focused on users, workflows, and measurable outcomes.
  • Understanding of enterprise SaaS requirements including security, reliability, scalability, auditability, and administrative control.
  • Experience building or operating high-traffic SaaS systems and making trade-offs across performance, reliability, maintainability, and developer velocity.
  • Experience owning metrics and instrumentation for shipped features.
  • Comfort working across multiple responsibilities and adapting to changing priorities in small-to-mid-sized teams.
  • Ability to collaborate through code reviews, documentation, mentorship, and shared ownership.
  • Preferred experience with SSO, SAML, OIDC, LDAP, MFA, SCIM, RBAC, permissions, secrets management, or credential infrastructure.
  • Preferred experience with environments, Git-based workflows, versioning, testing, CI/CD, release controls, or approval gates.
  • Preferred experience building integrations, APIs, SDKs, automation platforms, or developer tooling.
  • Preferred experience with audit logs, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, SIEM integrations, admin controls, usage insights, or runtime policies.
  • Open-source contributions, side projects, developer-community participation, OEM or partner-platform experience are advantageous.
