Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack web applications and Generative AI workflows.
- Build responsive, intuitive user interfaces using React, Next.js, or TypeScript.
- Develop and maintain backend services with Python, Node.js, or Go.
- Integrate LLM APIs, vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures, and prompt engineering patterns.
- Manage AWS cloud infrastructure, serverless integrations, backend infrastructure, and deployment processes.
- Optimize model and application performance and manage continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and AI/ML engineers to identify user needs and deliver product features.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, product vision, UX design, and end-to-end ownership of AI-powered features.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Expertise in full-stack web development with React, Next.js, or TypeScript.
- Proven experience integrating Generative AI, LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Bedrock, and vector databases into web applications.
- Strong understanding of web UI/UX best practices and user-centered design.
- Backend development experience with Python, Node.js, or Go, including scalable backend services.
- Experience with RAG architectures, prompt engineering patterns, cloud architecture, serverless integrations, and backend infrastructure.
- Proven track record of building and deploying scalable, production-grade applications.
- Ability to manage CI/CD pipelines to cloud platforms, particularly AWS or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to balance speed and quality.
- Preferred experience with UX design, natural language processing for legal or business applications, product management, or entrepreneurial feature ownership.
