Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain large-scale event-driven software- and hardware-in-the-loop testing frameworks using advanced software patterns.
- Architect and manage end-to-end continuous integration pipelines that automate regression testing.
- Lead root cause analysis for complex system-level failures and develop log-mining scripts and visualization dashboards.
- Perform gap analyses between safety requirements and technical test implementations, including timing and prioritization patterns.
- Lead validation and clearance for safety-critical monitors, including collision-detection systems.
- Develop infrastructure, tooling, automated tests, and custom automation plugins in Python.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
- 4+ years of experience with demonstrated ownership of complex projects.
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects in Python, including AI-based coding for infrastructure, tooling, and automated test development.
- Deep understanding of HIL and SIL methodologies, including real-time fault injection.
- Experience owning the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated testing pipelines using Bamboo, Jenkins, or similar CI tools.
- Practical knowledge of Linux internals and networking protocols used in high-throughput real-time systems.
- Strong technical communication skills and the ability to summarize complex test failures and assess impacts on tests, tools, and pipelines.
