Responsibilities

Develop expertise in cloud security solutions and help design and qualify the solution.
Gather requirements from Product Managers and participate in design discussions.
Understand use cases and workflows of SWG solutions.
Design test plans and strategies, collaborating with the development team.
Implement and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
Make quality decisions for the solution and suggest process improvements.
Oversee end-to-end testing from feature development to production monitoring.
Collaborate with technical support to address customer escalations and improve testing strategies.
Participate in on-call rotations and perform root cause analysis for system incidents.

6+ years of experience, including 3+ years as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) in cloud environments.
Strong expertise in Python programming.
Experience building automation frameworks like Pytest or Robot Framework.
Exposure to Selenium UI test automation and RESTful Web Service automation.
Experience with distributed system testing.
Familiarity with NoSQL and SQL databases such as MongoDB and MySQL is a plus.
Basic understanding of networking and application protocols like TCP/IP and HTTP is a plus.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
Knowledge of CI systems like Jenkins or Drone.
Knowledge of Linux systems and monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
Good experience in Web User Interface testing.
