Responsibilities
- Secure railway software solutions and support the C900 product across its full lifecycle.
- Analyze risks, threats, and software vulnerabilities according to IEC 62443.
- Ensure compliance with IEC 62443 and other relevant security standards throughout product development.
- Design, implement, and evaluate authentication, encryption, access control, and intrusion-detection mechanisms.
- Support development and product teams with secure technology and COTS component integration.
- Create security concepts, risk assessments, reports, and policies.
- Train internal teams, support the handling of security-critical products, and assist with security incident analysis and follow-up.
Requirements
- Completed technical degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a comparable IT-oriented qualification with relevant professional experience.
- Substantial practical cybersecurity experience in complex product and development environments.
- Good knowledge of Linux operating systems and initial scripting experience, for example with Python.
- Experience with ISO/IEC 62443 or comparable industry standards and understanding of common security best practices.
- Structured, solution-oriented, independent working style and ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams.
- Fluent German and English skills.
