Responsibilities
- Manage business-unit stakeholder expectations and business risk within the product security organization.
- Prioritize, optimize, and track execution of the product engineering security backlog through a single work stream.
- Drive security initiatives and improve risk posture across cloud, infrastructure, applications, and third-party integrations.
- Translate complex technical security concepts and risk data into business-friendly recommendations and decisions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, customer, business, and international security teams without direct authority.
- Stay ahead of emerging threats and adapt security strategies to changing business needs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in information security, including 5–10 years in a technical security leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of security across cloud platforms, infrastructure, applications, secure coding, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with application security practices including SAST, DAST, and secure coding.
- Familiarity with Splunk, vulnerability scanners such as Qualys and Nessus, and IAM solutions such as Okta and SailPoint.
- Understanding of security and compliance frameworks including SOX, NIST CSF, ISO 27001/2, and CIS Controls.
- Strong executive presence, communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, ownership, prioritization, and business-risk judgment.
- A related technical degree is required.
- Preferred qualifications include deep understanding of securing AI solutions, prior BISO or equivalent experience, auditing or consulting experience, high-tech industry experience, and CISM or CISSP certification.

- The stated base salary range is $197,300–$365,200 annually, with a separate $237,700–$401,400 annual range in select San Francisco and New York City metropolitan-area locations.
