Base Salary
$107k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical designs and implementation plans.
- Build AI-enabled solutions using AI-assisted development tools and automation platforms.
- Rapidly develop prototypes and iterate towards production-ready solutions.
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows and decision-support tools.
- Leverage AI development tools to accelerate solution delivery.
- Develop integrations between business systems and AI services using APIs.
- Create reusable components and frameworks for future solution development.
- Build SQL queries and dashboards to support business processes.
- Lead solution delivery from requirements gathering to deployment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building business applications or automation solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or similar.
- Hands-on experience in building AI-enabled workflows and analytics solutions.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with business data.
- Experience with at least one scripting or development language such as Python.
- Familiarity with APIs and workflow automation platforms.
- Ability to learn business processes quickly and work with non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on execution and delivery.
