Responsibilities

Build and maintain automated systems for business misuse detection and enforcement.
Develop and release backend features focused on stability, scalability, and high-volume data processing.
Maintain and improve React-based internal investigation tooling.
Troubleshoot software, fix bugs, and optimize database performance.
Participate in technical discussions and learn Infrastructure as Code best practices.
Collaborate with Data Scientists to integrate detection models.
Work in a cross-functional full-ownership team with Product, Design, and Data Science.

Experience in full-stack web development through commercial work or a strong portfolio, with a focus on backend systems.
Solid knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
Solid understanding of backend development with Node.js.
Understanding of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB.
Familiarity with component-based frontend development, ideally React.
Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP.
Interest in applied AI and its integration with backend engineering is a preferred qualification.
Openness to constructive feedback and continuous improvement.
