Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain reliable backend services and distributed systems primarily using Go.
- Build scalable cloud-native services and APIs supporting enterprise-level products.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decision-making.
- Own services throughout their lifecycle, including design, development, deployment, observability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Open to all experience levels, from junior to senior.
- Experience with Go or strong interest in developing production software with Go.
- Experience developing backend services, APIs, microservices, or distributed systems.
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, containers, or Kubernetes is an asset.
- Understanding of software engineering practices including observability, logging, monitoring, and performance analysis.
- Fluency in French and English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies and solve complex technical problems.
