Responsibilities

Provide complete ML environments and support implementation from data ingestion through model deployment.
Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and product teams to integrate ML solutions into products.
Deploy and manage MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and delivery, model monitoring, and retraining.
Profile, debug, and optimize the performance, latency, and resource consumption of production models and data pipelines.
Translate product needs into feature requests for the ML Ops platform and help continuously improve it.
Train, mentor, and share knowledge with other engineers.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and team activities to achieve sprint objectives.

At least 5 years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure roles focused on deploying, monitoring, and scaling machine-learning systems.
Demonstrated expertise in Python, including understanding and refactoring existing code using best practices.
Experience with DevOps practices, containerization, infrastructure as code, and version-control systems such as Git, ideally in a machine-learning context.
Experience with AWS and GCP for deploying and managing ML models, with a strong focus on scalability and robustness.
Experience with MLOps tools including Poetry, uv, MLflow, Airflow, AWS SageMaker, and Podman or Docker.
Professional fluency in spoken and written English and French.
Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, technical explanation, and mentoring skills.
