Responsibilities
- Design and ship agentic workflows across the software-development lifecycle, including auto-documentation, test generation, migration parity testing, and review augmentation.
- Build reusable MCP servers, tool integrations, prompt libraries, and orchestration components for self-service use by engineering teams.
- Own evaluation and observability for AI workflows using Langfuse, LLM-as-judge approaches, and regression suites.
- Deploy agentic workflows as production services using Docker and Kubernetes, with attention to cost and latency.
- Drive adoption and measure impact through developer-productivity metrics such as getDX.
- Evaluate emerging tools, models, and agentic patterns and incorporate pragmatic choices into the organization’s engineering practices.
Requirements
- Strong programming fundamentals and a track record of shipping production-grade software, with Python as the primary language of the agentic ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools including Claude Code, Cursor, Aider, and Copilot, including at least one real agentic flow built in production.
- Working knowledge of LLM tool calling and MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Experience with an orchestration framework such as LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent custom orchestration using LLM provider APIs.
- Comfort working with cloud environments, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Solid Bash or Shell scripting skills.
- Preferred experience with multi-agent orchestration at scale, RAG, LLM evaluation and observability, Langfuse, TypeScript, JavaScript, Go, PHP, and multiple LLM providers and models including Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, and open-weight models.
