Responsibilities
- Build and ship digital products for clients and internal ventures.
- Work flexibly across React, React Native, native Apple development with Swift, and native Android development with Kotlin.
- Use AI tooling actively in the daily engineering workflow and help shape AI-led delivery practices.
- Make measurable contributions to product outcomes, delivery processes, and team effectiveness.
- Collaborate across multiple projects while adapting to changing priorities and providing candid feedback.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of engineering experience with measurable impact on products and teams.
- Strong command of at least one of React, React Native, Swift, or Kotlin, with credibility across the other environments valued.
- Daily active use of AI tooling in engineering and a clear perspective on its future direction.
- Agency or consulting experience involving client delivery, shifting priorities, and multiple simultaneous projects.
- Strong communication skills and comfort giving and receiving candid feedback.
- EU work authorization.
- Availability to work hybrid in Antwerp two to three days per week.
