Base Salary
$150k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect AI-driven solutions across the software development lifecycle.
- Design and integrate Generative AI applications using LLMs.
- Build AI-powered coding, testing, documentation, and automation solutions.
- Design and implement RAG architectures and prompt engineering strategies.
- Use AI coding assistants and AI-enabled development tools to improve engineering productivity.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and product teams to identify AI adoption opportunities.
- Implement AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
- Support CI/CD integration for AI-enabled development workflows.
- Discuss AI and Generative AI technologies confidently with customers.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar models.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or other AI orchestration frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and AI agents.
- Understanding of modern SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, technical, and customer-facing skills.
- Preferred experience with AI-assisted software development platforms and AI-powered developer productivity solutions.
- Preferred knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud services.
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools.
- Experience leading AI transformation initiatives and delivering enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions is a plus.
