Responsibilities
- Define and evolve system software architecture across embedded firmware, SDKs, and PC applications.
- Design modular interfaces and services for scalable device integration and feature development.
- Drive architectural alignment across hardware, firmware, and software teams.
- Lead architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical workshops.
- Define and maintain stable APIs and SDK structures for internal and external development.
- Ensure reliable communication layers between hardware, embedded systems, and PC applications.
- Solve complex hardware, firmware, and application software integration challenges.
- Promote architectural practices, documentation standards, and system modeling.
- Mentor engineers in modular system design, abstraction, and platform thinking.
- Contribute to long-term software architecture strategy and technology roadmaps.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Several years of experience in senior or architectural roles.
- Strong expertise in C/C++, preferably in embedded or hardware-related systems.
- Experience across embedded software and software application development.
- Strong understanding of hardware interfaces, communication protocols, and performance constraints.
- Experience with modular system design and architectural patterns.
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
- Experience with version control, CI/CD, code reviews, and testing strategies.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
