Base Salary
$150k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end AI components within established architectures.
- Build governed agentic workflows, inference pipelines, and APIs.
- Make independent technical decisions and own technical workstreams.
- Apply evaluation-driven development practices.
- Build reusable AI accelerators.
- Collaborate with clients and teams across strategy, technology, data, and design.
Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in software or AI/ML engineering.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, function calling, and agent systems.
- Experience with orchestration frameworks and vector databases.
- Knowledge of cloud deployment, monitoring, and security.
- Strong understanding of core AI, generative AI, responsible AI, ethics, privacy, security, and governance.
- Ability to identify AI-enabled opportunities and operate independently with clients.
- Ability to collaborate across strategy, technology, data, and design with a continuous-learning mindset.
