Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and ship high-quality, high-performance products and features.
- Own major portions of the codebase, set ambitious timelines, and lead project deliverables.
- Improve engineering processes, tools, systems, codebase scalability, and team productivity.
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and analytics in a data-driven experimentation culture.
- Contribute to estimation, planning, execution, and integrations for projects and features.
- Maintain and elevate the existing codebase.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with user-facing products.
- 4+ years of experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and Amplitude.
- Mobile engineering experience with React Native.
- Ability to independently take projects from idea through implementation and solve challenging problems.
- Strong interest in end-to-end product development across design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Preferred qualifications include startup or scale-up experience, comfort with ambiguity, familiarity with interviewing, and enthusiasm for Nourish’s healthcare mission.
