Responsibilities
- Own product areas from concept through deployment.
- Build and ship features to production daily.
- Develop fully agentic systems that automate complex recruiting workflows.
- Decide when to optimize for speed and when to transition toward scale and quality.
- Talk with customers and iterate based on feedback.
- Collaborate directly with the CTO and other founding engineers.
Requirements
- Very strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and coding with AI tools.
- Experience with LLM APIs is a bonus.
- High agency, resourcefulness, ownership, and a startup-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work intensively in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
