Responsibilities
- Design secure, scalable infrastructure blueprints for AI platforms and enterprise workloads using Terraform.
- Develop reusable Terraform modules and templates for consistent infrastructure provisioning across environments.
- Manage infrastructure lifecycle activities, including capacity forecasting, environment setup, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze resource usage, storage patterns, and compute needs to balance resilience, performance, and cost.
- Guide infrastructure-as-code adoption, including version control, peer review, and automated validation practices.
- Integrate monitoring, logging, and alerting into AI infrastructure and support incident reviews and reliability improvements.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, data engineering, and AI solution teams on regulated and data-intensive workloads.
- Evaluate cloud services, infrastructure tooling, and automation techniques and document architectures, standards, and runbooks.
- Enable secure remote access and consistent environments for hybrid work.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or architecture.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Terraform infrastructure as code, including module design, state management, and cloud service integration.
- Understanding of AI and data platform requirements, including compute-intensive workloads, data pipelines, storage, and high availability.
- Experience designing automation, reliable infrastructure, and scalable enterprise application environments.
- Finance and accounting domain knowledge is beneficial, particularly for sensitive data and analytical reporting use cases.
- Experience working in hybrid delivery models with structured documentation and collaboration practices.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills for explaining infrastructure concepts to engineering and business stakeholders.
