Responsibilities
- Own reliability and resilience for live production services.
- Define and evolve SLIs and SLOs aligned with customer impact.
- Improve observability, alert quality, and operational signals.
- Lead incidents and contribute to blameless post-incident reviews.
- Strengthen disaster recovery and recoverability, including RTO/RPO practices.
- Reduce operational toil through automation.
- Support cost-aware reliability and delivery trade-offs.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to SRE best practices.
Requirements
- Strong experience running live production systems in an SRE or reliability role.
- Deep understanding of SLI/SLO-driven operating models.
- Proven incident response and on-call experience.
- Solid observability and automation skills.
- Cloud experience, with AWS preferred.
- Calm, structured approach under pressure.
- Fluent English.
