Responsibilities
- Design, implement, deploy, and support new hosted or cloud-based applications.
- Build or modernize customer-facing enterprise web applications across the full software stack.
- Collaborate with the Director of Engineering, developers, Product Owners, and Business SMEs throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in requirements decomposition, technical design, documentation, effort estimation, proof-of-concept creation, and implementation.
- Develop and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and data access layers.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the application stack.
- Track and resolve technical debt and upgrade existing platform components.
- Participate in continuous delivery, continuous integration, and agile software development activities.
- Follow coding standards and contribute to the company knowledge base, wiki, and other resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack .NET developer building web-based applications.
- SQL development and strong SQL Server developer experience.
- Strong experience with .NET and C#.
- Strong experience with JavaScript or a TypeScript front-end framework.
- Strong fundamentals in software design and code craftsmanship.
- Experience with source control, DevOps, and CI/CD; Git mastery is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with LLM-based application features is a plus.
- Cloud platform and serverless development experience is a plus.
