Responsibilities
- Own and design test plans covering front-end, back-end, mobile, API, workflow integration, and E2E scenarios.
- Lead multi-domain testing, including restaurant onboarding, promotions, and inventory on customer and merchant side.
- Perform advanced E2E validation simulating real customer journeys.
- Develop, maintain, and scale automation frameworks using tools like Selenium and Appium.
- Integrate automated suites into CI/CD pipelines to support high-velocity releases.
- Improve automation coverage and reduce manual regression cycles.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to refine requirements and identify risks early.
- Provide technical guidance to junior QA engineers and influence quality best practices.
- Identify defects, root causes, and quality gaps; collaborate with engineers for timely fixes.
- Analyze logs, metrics, and dashboards to support troubleshooting and quality improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- QA working experience of 4+ years with strong exposure to e-commerce or large-scale transactional systems.
- Solid hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and scripting (Java/Python preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Agile testing practices, API validation, and multi-domain workflows.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work across global teams.
- Experience working with AI-based testing tools or agents is a plus.
