Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and integrate custom software components across systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, collaborate with multiple teams, and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Troubleshoot complex software issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication for timely delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with the Salesforce OmniStudio platform.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software solutions using modern development frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to integrate custom components into larger enterprise systems and address complex software problems.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
