Responsibilities
- Support the development, maintenance, and optimization of relational databases, primarily on Microsoft SQL Server.
- Create and manage tables, queries, views, and stored procedures.
- Design efficient, consistent, and non-redundant data structures using database modeling and normalization principles.
- Optimize queries and monitor database performance to identify issues and improve response times.
- Support troubleshooting, testing, and debugging activities.
- Integrate databases with application components.
- Collaborate with the technical team on requirements analysis and solution documentation.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in the role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of relational database fundamentals, SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Ability to create and execute queries for data insertion, modification, extraction, and analysis.
- Knowledge of database modeling and normalization principles.
- Ability to analyze errors and anomalies through debugging.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
