Responsibilities
- Develop and support data platform components, services, workflows, integrations, and utilities using Python, Snowflake, and AWS.
- Design and implement APIs for data access, service integration, and platform interoperability.
- Contribute to microservices-based solutions and orchestration across services.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support Docker and Kubernetes deployments.
- Troubleshoot application, data, integration, and infrastructure issues across the platform stack.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, documentation, production readiness, monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Improve platform reliability, performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or platform engineering.
- Strong Python programming experience and hands-on Snowflake experience.
- Working knowledge of AWS services for data and application platforms.
- Experience with API development, service integration, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in complex environments.
- Preferred qualifications include data platform engineering, cloud data ecosystems, SQL, cloud data architecture, workflow automation, deployment tooling, DevOps, observability, logging, monitoring, alerting, security, performance tuning, and operational reliability experience.
