Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve scalable, maintainable, secure, and high-performing software solutions.
- Develop and deploy Agentic AI solutions according to business and functional requirements using cloud-native services.
- Build APIs and integrate LLM models into software applications.
- Design systems from ideation through completion with limited supervision.
- Apply secure coding, unit testing, code review, and software quality practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, stakeholders, and leadership to define requirements and deliver aligned solutions.
- Lead complex assignments, guide team members, coach employees where applicable, and contribute to technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Manage technology-related risks, strengthen controls, and support policy and procedure development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Experience developing software applications at scale on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Fluency in Python, Java, or GoLang and relevant frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, Strands SDK, or Google ADK.
- Familiarity with MCP and A2A protocols.
- Strong understanding of LLM models and effective prompt writing for accurate agent context.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying Agentic AI solutions using AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, or GCP Vertex AI.
- Experience applying AI in software development and legacy code transformation.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and system-design skills.
- Familiarity with supervised or reinforcement-learning-based model fine-tuning is valued.
- Knowledge of banking, financial products, and services is valued.
